As a result of the initiatives of Yalova University’s Technology Transfer Office, Akkim Chemical Industry has made a valuable contribution to our university. The ball mill within Akkim has been donated to the Faculty of Engineering at Yalova University.
Thanks to this advanced equipment, a wide variety of materials—including hard substances—can now be reduced to micron sizes. This will pave the way for extensive research in areas ranging from recycling and sustainability to advancements in materials science and high-level scientific studies.
